Submits an owner response to an existing review.

Tripadvisor moderates the response and publishes it beneath the review once it is approved. Sending the same response again returns 409 Conflict and does not create a duplicate. If moderation rejects the response straight away, the call returns 400 Bad Request and detail says why. A review that does not belong to the Location also returns 400 Bad Request.

404 means you are not licensed to access the Location.
