Prohibited Sites

Customer Applications cannot:

Violate applicable law
Be entirely image-based, contain more ads than content, or enable file-sharing.
Redirect users to unwanted websites or application
Distribute or redirect users to malware.
Contain automatic downloads.
Include content relating to illegal or illicit activities or products, or products of a questionably legal nature.
Include content relating to banned substances, including without limitation illegal drugs or substances, recreational drugs or marijuana.
Include instructional information for illegal conduct.
Include content relating to violence and/or weapons.
Include content relating to games or gaming systems, including without limitation video games, that involve a first person shooter, feature blood and violent death, or feature nudity, or have a M or AG rating.
Include content relating to animal cruelty.
Include content directed at or knowingly created by children under the age of 14.
Include content that is not properly age-gated, as required by applicable laws.
Include content relating to gambling and sports betting content that promotes or facilitates online gambling in jurisdictions where the activity is not permitted by law or the offeror is not licensed.
Include content relating to tobacco or nicotine, including without limitation, smoke activated, vape activated, non-smoke, and non-vape tobacco.
Include content that is inappropriate or not family friendly, including without limitation, nudity or content of a provocative nature.
Include content that is illegal, false, unlawful, misleading, libelous, disparaging, defamatory, obscene, violent, abusive, sexually explicit, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing (or advocates harassment of another person), threatening, invasive of privacy, publicity or any other third party rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable.
Include content that constitutes hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or similar content that advocates against any group, organization, or individual.
Include content that is patently offensive to the online community, such as that which is racist, bigoted, hateful or encourages physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
Include content relating to payday lenders, high credit/APR, personal loans, and credit repair services.
Include unmoderated user generated content.
Include content or ads that are deceptive, unethical, predatory, false or misleading, including without limitation any content that misuses, violates or infringes the rights of any party.
Include advertisements which do not comply with these guidelines or applicable federal, state, and local laws.
